I had cramps at the very start of my pregnancy and I was told they were normal, it was more worrying as it was accompanied by some spotting which has stopped. The cramps stopped and I've had no more spotting but this last week I have had cramps again, period cramps. Are the cramps still normal moving on from early early pregnancy? I am nearly in my second trimester.
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!

Cramps like period pains are totally normal. Everything is stretching and growing.your ligaments are softening. Try to only worry if the cramps come and go at regular intervals and bleeding g is more than an odd spot 💖

I had cramps on and off throughout my pregnancy lovely... Butterfly has covered it! I think we become more aware of every ache and pain when we are pregnant and it can drive us a tad mad haha Glad your spotting has stopped, also scary and more so when accompanied by cramps and vice versa x

I too had cramps and random sharp shooting pains. They eased off to a degree as the pregnancy progressed, to be replaced by other aches and pains haha. Hope your mind has been put at rest a little now your spotting has stopped as that can be unsettling in itself. x
